Our goal is to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. You can place your order on-line using the 'Ordering This Item' section on each product page or you can send us your order by fax or postal mail. For your convenience, click this Blank Order Form link to view a blank order form which you can print for fax or mail orders. Alternatively, you can use the 'Ordering This Item' section on each product page to create your order. Then click 'My Cart' to view your order. On this page you will find a link called 'Filled In Order Form'. Click this link to view a completed order form which you can print. When you have filled in a blank order form or printed a filled in order form you can fax it to 866.904.6533 or mail it to:

Email messages are not encrypted, therefore, we do not recommend sending us your order or credit card number via email.

Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards for orders placed online, by fax or postal mail.
We do not charge your card until the day we ship your order, however, we do authorize the payment total and verify your billing address when you place your order. It is imperative that you provide us with the same address that your credit card statements are sent to or your ship date can be delayed.
The charge on your credit card statement will appear as Trading Up, Inc.
A note to those who would attempt to commit credit card fraud: We employ methods, in addition to verifying billing addresses, to guard against fraudulent credit card use. We will discover any attempts to commit fraud and we will report such attempts to the appropriate bank, your internet provider and/or your local authorities. It's not worth it!
On orders mailed to us, we also accept money orders payable in U.S. Dollars to Trading Up, Inc. Make sure the money order is for the full amount of the order including shipping charges and sales tax (if you are in the state of Georgia).
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept orders paid by personal check. Please pay with a credit card or by money order.

Sales Tax
We are required by Georgia State Law to collect 6% sales tax for all orders shipped to Georgia. In Georgia, both the shipping and giftwrap charges are taxable.

Customs and Duty
Please note that all international shipments may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges may be levied once goods have reached your country. Any charges for duty, etc are your responsibility. Please bear this in mind when completing your international order. For all packages we ship outside of the United States we are required to fill a customs form which indicates the contents of your package. We mark all items for the exact value of the goods purchased. We note them as 'clothing' or 'novelties' to properly indicate the package contents for customs but do not reflect the personal nature of the contents.

Gift Wrapping
We provide services to giftwrap your order for that special occasion. A gift card is included with your gift-wrapped item and you can specify a custom message to be printed on the card for the gift recipient. A packing list is sent with the gift as it is with all shipments, but prices are not shown. A separate invoice will be mailed separately to your billing address. Gift wrapping is available under the Notions - Gift Wrapping selection in the Products Menu on the left side.

Military Customers
To place an order to ship to APO and FPO addresses, please choose the United States as your country. Then enter APO or FPO, as appropriate, into the City field. Enter the two-letter military state code (AA, AE or AP) or the area designation (Americas, Europe or Pacific) in the State field. Remember that only USPS Priority Mail and Express Mail shipping are available (UPS does not deliver to APO/FPO addresses).
