Return Policy
All sales of closeout items are final and no returns will be accepted, so please be sure you choose the correct size and color when purchasing closeout items. These items are clearly marked 'closeout' on the product page, the shopping cart page and on your order.

You may return non-closeout unworn and unopened garments and games for a refund, exchange or store credit subject to the terms below.

For the health and safety of our employees, no returns of worn garments or garments showing any use or damage will be accepted. We define worn as an item left on longer than is necessary to determine if it fits. Items must be returned in their original product packaging with all manufacturer tags still attached.

Hosiery, panties and Adult games may only be returned if unopened (still in the original sealed product packaging).

Items other than garments and games cannot be returned due to their personal nature and for the health and safety of our employees.

Unworn and unopened returns received by TheLingerieConnection.net within 21 days of the ship date are eligible for a refund. Unworn and unopened returns received by TheLingerieConnection.net within 35 days of the ship date are eligible for an exchange or store credit.

Shipping charges and gift wrap charges are not refundable and no refund or credit will be issued for these charges.

If the balance of your original order drops below the required threshold for free services that were provided on your original order when credit for the returned items is applied, the standard charge for these services will be deducted from your credit amount. These typically include shipping and gift wrapping services.

To Return or Exchange an Item:
	1.	Carefully package the unworn and unopened items to be returned and enclose instructions indicating if you want a refund or an exchange and the reason for returning the item(s). If you want an exchange, be sure to indicate which item(s) you would like to receive. Also enclose a copy of the packing slip that came with the order.
	2.	Ship the package to:

		You are responsible for return shipping charges and for insuring your package to guard against loss or damage. Please have the package insured so that you have proof of mailing or shipping in the event that your item(s) is(are) lost in the mail, otherwise you are responsible for the complete loss of goods.
	3.	Most returns are processed within 1-2 business days after being received, but please allow up to 5 business days. Your local post office (in the U.S. only) provides free boxes and envelopes if you use Priority Mail, but for packages of 11 ounces or less, First Class postage is cheaper and for packages of 2 pounds or more, you might find Parcel Post to be a better value. Also, you can usually reuse the container in which you received your order. For example, if you received your order in a plastic envelope, it can sometimes be turned inside out and then sealed with a piece of tape. Similarly, if you received your order in a box, you can reuse it as long as any old postage or address labels are covered or crossed out.

If you request a refund:
We'll either issue a credit to your charge card or send you a refund check, depending on how you originally paid for your purchase. Once we issue a credit to your charge card, allow 1-3 business days for it to be posted to your account. Shipping charges and gift wrapping charges are not refundable.

If your return is received after 21 days from the original shipping date, a store credit will be issued good toward a future purchase at The LingerieConnection.net.

If you request an exchange:
We don't normally charge for shipping if the same style is being exchanged for a different size, but other exchanges are subject to our standard shipping fees currently in effect.

If there is a balance due you, we'll either issue a credit to your charge card or send you a refund check, depending on how you originally paid for your purchase. If there is a balance owed TheLingerieConnection.net, we will charge the same card you used for your original purchase or you can enclose a money order (payable in U.S. Funds to Trading Up, Inc.).

Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellations after an order is placed are subject to a 20 percent ($5.00 minimum) restocking fee per order. Orders are considered placed when they have been submitted on line or when they are received by fax or mail at TheLingerieConnection.net.

Shipping and Packaging Policy
We know that your love life is a private issue and we package our products accordingly. All packages are sent in plain packaging. Credit card billings and the return address on the shipping label and documents are in the name of Trading Up, Inc., not TheLingerieConnection.net. Shipments made overseas are noted on customs documents as 'clothing' or 'novelties' to properly indicate the package contents for customs but do not reflect the personal nature of the contents.

Backorders and Discontinued Items Policy
If you order multiple items and one or more are not immediately available we will try for up to 15 days to get it in. We deal with multiple manufacturers and place multiple orders every week. If we are unable to get an item in we will ship the available items and cancel the remaining items. We will send you a refund check for the item(s) that are unavailable if you paid for your order in advance. A credit card is only charged for items shipped when they ship.

Privacy Policy
We respect your desire for privacy and discretion. Therefore, we DO NOT sell, lease, rent or give any of your information that you provide us to any third party organization, business or person. Your email address, shipping address and personal information will only be used by our companies, TheLingerieConnection.net and Trading Up, Inc., to contact you with special promotions or offers.

To ensure your privacy, all packages are sent in plain packaging with the company name of Trading Up, Inc. stated on the shipping label and documents.

Security Policy
TheLingerieConnection.net uses 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to keep your information safe while it is transmitted to us. This secure mode is active during the checkout process when you enter your credit card and sensitive information. Most browsers give you a visual indication that you are in secure mode such as a lock or unbroken key icon in the bottom corner of your browser window.
