TheLingerieConnection.net offers several options of shipping service for your orders as follows. Insurance is included in the cost of each service.

US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail within the Continental US only
*	Shipping charge is $6.95
*	Delivery generally averages 2 to 4 days from date of shipment to delivery
*	Delivery to most U.S. addresses, including PO boxes and military addresses
*	Includes Saturday and residential delivery
*	Delivery Confirmation service included

US Postal Service (USPS) Express Mail within the Continental US only
*	Shipping charge is $22.95
*	Delivery by 3:00 p.m. on next day after date of shipment
*	Delivery can be made to every U.S. address, including PO boxes and military addresses
*	Includes Saturday and residential delivery
*	Delivery Confirmation service included

US Postal Service (USPS) Global Express Mail for International shipments only
*	Shipping charge is $27.95
*	Delivery generally averages 3 to 6 days from date of shipment to delivery
*	Delivery Confirmation service included
*	All import duties and related costs are the customer’s responsibility

Discreet Packaging
We know that your love life is a private issue and we package our products accordingly. All packages are sent in plain packaging. Credit card billings and the return address on the shipping label and documents are in the name of Trading Up, Inc., not TheLingerieConnection.net. Shipments made overseas are noted on customs documents as 'clothing' or 'novelties' to properly indicate the package contents for customs but do not reflect the personal nature of the contents.

On-Line Order Status
We encourage you to make use of our online order status and history. To do so, you only have to create a login profile either from the Login page or during the online checkout process. To check the status of your order or your order history just login and click the 'My Orders' link under 'My Account'. This will display your order history which includes order status and tracking information. Clicking the order date and time for a particular order will display the complete order detail.

Military Customers
To place an order to ship to APO and FPO addresses, please choose the United States as your country. Then enter APO or FPO, as appropriate, into the City field. Enter the two-letter military state code (AA, AE or AP) or the area designation (Americas, Europe or Pacific) in the State field. Remember that only USPS Priority Mail and Express Mail shipping are available (UPS does not deliver to APO/FPO addresses).
